Thursday Doors – Museum doors

Sliding doors – National Military Museum

My twenty-sixth entry to Norms Thursday Doors. Museum doors. These sliding doors belongs to the National Military Museum. The National Military Museum is situated on the former air base at Soesterberg. It combines the collections of the former Military Aviation Museum in Soesterberg and Army Museum in Delft.

This is not a very old door, nor has it any historic value in itself. It however opens up to a stunning display of very old and modern military objects. Even if you don’t like the toys of war (What I absolutely understand) the museum itself is a wonder of modern design and technology.
